If you go to homepage https://savannah.gnu.org/projects/texmacs/ and click
on the Download link https://savannah.gnu.org/files/?group=texmacs which
int turn redirects to http://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/texmacs/ . This final URL
gives an error saying that "The requested URL /gnu/texmacs/ was not found
on this server."
