when i edit the quotation macro via the gui menu, the format menu is still linked to the document and not the window with the macro. Am i wrong ?

I think you can just use the gui button menu to edit the quotation macro,  and the format menu to wrap the body with a font size setting. Since its a per-document change kept in the preamble you can hard-code that font size. You can use the show preamble menu item to view and change it later if you need to.

I found how to do for points 2 and 3 : just edit the macro via the button and change hsep and vsep seems to do the trick.

But i cannot find how to change font size within some environments such as quotation.

I need to tweak some parametrs fo texmacs.

Below is a list :

1. i'd like to set the font size in quotation at 1 lower than the current font size. For example, with a 12pt font size, my quotation will be written with a 11pt font size ;
   
2. i'd like to reduce the vertical space between iterations items and between the text and the iteration environment (at the start and the end) ;
3. i'd like to reduce the horizontal space when iterating (i knew how to do that but can't find it again)
