Hi:

About using maxima inside textmacs on windows the only problem is manually
adding maxima bin folder to the path. Then it works without problem.

About using Octave the problem is different with Octave 4.02 the plugin works,
the only problem has been locating .octaverc in the Octave\..\share\octave
\site\m\starup

with further veriosn of octave it has been imposible
