I've experienced similar problems recently, somehow the converted does not like some tag in your document. The fastest way to find out which is to remove parts of the document until the export is non-empty. I do a bisection, it takes only log (n) steps :)

Once you find out, let me know which is the problematic tag, it will be useful to remove the problem.
