help !!

I use ubuntu 20 and TeXmacs 1.96....

this morning I discovered that the TeXmacs icone does not launch TeXmacs anymore

Also if I choose a TeXmacs file it does not launch TeXmacs


on the other hand I thought that it is the good day to try TeXmacs 2.1

I tried to follow the web page

1. I save TeXmacs in a directory

2. I try the text from the website: sudo apt-get install TeXmacs-2.1-*.deb

i get the following

Lecture des informations d'état... Fait
E: Impossible de trouver le paquet TeXmacs-2.1-*.deb

what is my mistake ?
