Equations lists are implemented by tables in TeXmacs. You can see the table 
structure by "Change cell operation mode->Perform operation on entire table" 
(toolbar table menu) and then "Change border of cell->border: 1pt".

If you do this, you will see thre is a space between two rows of the table 
(two equations of the table). Can someone tell me how to achieve this effect? 
I could not figure this out.
