Well... you are really a questioning type, aren't you? Thanks god your
questions are always meaningful and relevant!

So, TeXmacs has nothing built-in for this kind of usage, but I designed a
package for my personal use that does exactly that. It is attached to this
mail.

This package defines a 'rsection' macro of two arguments. The first is the
section title, the second is the section body. Subsections must be placed
inside the section body.

*section titles are placed in a paragragh of their own. *paragragh titles a
placed before the body, in the same paragraph.

Beware, pressing return in the rsection title will create a multi-paragraph
title (genereally not what you want). In big sections, moving down after
typing the title will generally move you out of the rsections, so you will
have to move left to get back inside the rsection's.
