Hallo, I just decided to try out TeXmacs and immediately stumbled
on the following: all my LaTeX files which I import into TeXmacs
appear to have cp1251 to koi8 conversion applied, though they are
already in koi8. The result is of course, garbage. HGow do I fix this?
