- Subject: Using Texmacs for Presentations (provisional solution)

Dear All,
I recently asked whether the presentation mode of texmacs could
move forward the display by exactly one page, because one could
then easily flip through the pages and project that directly by a
data projector.
The answers given were a bit unpractical, given my limited
understanding of higher TeXmacs, but I used the following
workaround successfully in several presentations:
I maximize the TeXmacs window and disable the status line and the
window header. I choose document > page > type > paper to mark the page
boundaries. By trial and error I determine the size in cm's of
the visible area and define that to be the page size. Then clicking the
right drawbar will shift the display by one page height (checkable by
looking at the line separating pages).
Best wishes,
Peter Koepke
