Well, I went through the manual at least once, but when reading a novel _I_
hardly ever have a clear memory of what _exactly_ I read. And besides: I
don't think a manual should be read like a novel. In my opinion manuals
should contain lots of inner and outer links (a bit like the Wikipedia [0]).
