A simple link from "Links and automatically generated content" to "Typing
simple text" 8.5 could be handy.

Well, I went through the manual at least once, but when reading a novel _I_
hardly ever have a clear memory of what _exactly_ I read. And besides: I
don't think a manual should be read like a novel. In my opinion manuals
should contain lots of inner and outer links (a bit like the Wikipedia [0]).

Well, it can take a while of course. I use IRC only when need some advice or
answers on something. So once a week or so. But then I log in to several
channels. I can
