This sounds a bit strange. The only thing which is true is that some of
the scheme files are now loaded after the start-up of the editor.
While typing, they are loaded in a lazy way, which may sometimes cause
a small small down. Nevertheless, if you let TeXmacs quite for about
ten seconds, then all initialization files should be loaded and
this behaviour disappears.
