I would rather proceed in another way and either:
1) Create a package like "seminar-extras"; or
2) Create a style file which is directly based on seminar,
i.e <use-package|semimar>.
In both cases, it next suffices to copy the definitions of
section-title, etc. and change red to blue.

I don't remember. If I promised it, it might work. I'll try to dig up
the discussion.
