Yes, or perhaps having a fold containing the text of the note activate
(unfold) by clicking a flag associated to the footnote.
But notice that while you answer a previous question by me about how to
make footnotes faster for daily editing, the question of this message,
which I didn't make very clear was
why adding <no-indent*> or <no-indent> to the following macro
makes the argument appear instead of as a paragraph as a very
long line?
Maybe your answer also covers this small issue, but I don't see the
relation.
