Hallo,

I just try to do write my own styles for texmacs and I have some problems.

1. I try to modify the page numbering in the footer. I need a page 
numbering like
   "Page 1 of 4" right aligned. How can I get the number of pages?
   I tried <set-footer|Page <page-nr> of ???>. But it won't work.

2. How can I show the title and subtitle in every header?
   <set-header|<title> > won't work.
