Hi all,
is it clear, if exists such international association ?
if not, would you like to organise a french one or - international one ?
Actually I am bulgarian, currently working in Germany, but regulary looking for/using/writting free software for science.
Have I to organise Bulgarian section, or Section of Bulgarians working in Germany .... ?

I think, it would be better, to try sending my small attemps for contrubitions in one central server like http://sourceforge.net/index.php or http://www.mathtools.net ?

Why not? But we will have to check whether this is possible.
