I inserted an equation array and then (after other equation below where 
already written and numbered) I decided to add a number and a label 
referring to it.
The number get the right value.
When now I cite the eqnarray using its label at first  wrong number 
appeared. I tried to update all (from the Document menu) and now the 
reference show a ?.
What am I missing?
