Thanks for that pointer. It was useful but does not solve my needs. If
I have something like

1.1
1.2
1.3
1.4
...
1.18
1,19
1.20
2
2.1
2.2

that is if there are 20 sections inside chapter 1 and if initially the
cursor is at chapter1, then I have to press ctrl -pgdown 20 times to
reach chapter 2. I am wondering if there is a shortcut to go from
chapter 1 to chapter 2 directly without traversing through the
sections.
