Yes. Your TeXmacs installation is incomplete; there *must* be
/usr/share/TeXmacs/plugins/mathematica/src/tm_mathematica.c
This may be a packaging problem: the person who created the rpm forgot to include this file. This is exactly the cause of your problem. You can get this file, for example, from http://www.texmacs.org/ : go to cvs browsing and download just this single file.

This could then be called a bug in TeXmacs, too, namely in its install phase: The INSTALL target in its Makefile.in has the line

$(RM) -r $(DESTDIR)$(tmdata)/plugins/*/src

which removes from the installation the whole directory containing the file in question.
