At some point I added:
deb ftp://ftp.texmacs.org/pub/TeXmacs/debian experimental main

to /etc/apt/sources.list

This works, but being ensure about which packages this repository contains
precisely, I currently removed it.

Ralf Treinen, the Debian and Kubuntu package manager for TeXmacs, is probably
the person to ask.
