I believe it is set by
Document -> Page -> Size -> choose one of the predefined sizes or
choose "Other..." and define your own size.

However, I just noticed that there is a bug in version 1.0.6 of Debian Etch's
Texmacs. If I change the document to A3 size using the above procedure and
export the .tm to a .pdf document then nothing is being printed in the .pdf
file. However, the .tm file looks fine. Can someone reproduce this bug,
please?
