- Subject: a tex "minipage" equivatent?
- Date: Thu, 26 Jun 2008 16:09:46 +0200
Hi,
I am doing a presentation in texmacs and face the following problem. I want to have a tall figure on the left part of a slide and some headings/text to the right of it. In TeX I would just make minipages for the figure and the rest. I can't find anything like minipage in texmacs. Using a table won't do since cells cannot contain multi-line text as far as I understand. Multiple columns environment would work for me, but I am not able to set the width of the columns... Any ideas? (the most versatile solution would be something in the spirit of minipages in TeX)
Thanks in advance,
Peter.
