Finally I managed to download the file. The problema is that the name of
the files is TeXmacs.dmg.

The problem is that you need the required MacPort dependencies (I don't).
Here it's the report I get when I try to run it:

I don't know if it would be very hard to include all this dependencies in
the bundle.
