Hi, Hold the SHIFT key down when you press the newline key. In the Texmacs menu Session -> Input mode -> Multiline input lets you choose between "normal" and "multiline" input mode. With multiline mode, newline inserts another line into the existing input field. With normal mode, newline tells Texmacs to evaluate the input, display the result and create a new input field below the result. In multiline mode, use shift+newline instead. Regards, Paul. I have been using the texmacs since one and half month. The features of it are being outstanding. But i have struck up at some point where in multiline input, texmacs treats newline as a space rather than a newline. For instance In octave session if i give the following input octave> a=1 b=2 ....... Texmacs treating it as a=1 b=2 instead a=1 b=2 Can you help me regarding this Thanks.. Jayakrishna Reddy |
