Dear Zhang,

Firstly, you may need to install ibus-qt4.

Then, start the ibus-deamon, and try to launch
$ QT_IM_MODULE=ibus texmacs

Ibus should be activated, it worked for me. Then you should add
export QT_IM_MODULE=ibus
in your ~/.bashrc file.

Anyway, there are problems in font rendering for the Chinese
(cantonese) input, as pointed by Henri.

I don't know where does it come from at the moment. But ibus seems to
work properly.

As an example, for the Russian (rustrad) input, ibus works well :
select the input method, set the document to the russian language, and
that's ok.
