I am glad to tell you that I can activate ibus via "Control + space"
after compile
TeXmacs 1.0.7.15 myself! Though I still have some problem to input Chinese.
When I choose  Document--> Language--> Chinese, TeXmacs will exit with some
error, see blow:

unicode_font(string, int, int): Assertion `false' failed.

I don't know how to deal with it because I know little about how to
programming. Could you
give me some ideas? Articles about compile TeXmacs step by step would
be appreciated!
