Hi, sorry for the very *very* late reply.

I'm sure you already solved your problem either by using some other version (hopefully a newer one), but here's a wild guess: it looks like you have at least one font with japanese characters in the file name. This is from your .TeXmacs/system/cache/font_cache.scm":

"ttf:ヒラギノ明朝 ProN W6" "/System/Library/Fonts/ヒラギノ明朝 ProN W6.otf"

Please try deleting or renaming this file, then deleting the .TeXmacs/system/cache folder and starting TeXmacs.
