Yes, sometime ago a Qt plugin named "accessible" was added as a requirement
and it is not presently included in the TmBuildEnv. That's why the configure
script fails. I made an updated TmBuildEnv that contains it, as well as a
newer ghostscript and small other helpers for images. I hope I will get put
online soon, meanwhile you can grab it here :
