For openSUSE Leap 42.2 run the following as root:

zypper addrepohttp://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:slowphil:texmacs-devel/openSUSE_Leap_42.2/home:slowphil:texmacs-devel.repo zypper refresh zypper install texmacs

worked.( Thanks again Philippe ! )

( maybe that previous texmacs's mußt be removed as I did with yast )
