I used  http://www.texmacs.org/ 1.99.9 in Windows 10 seldom crash

I install TeXmacs-1.99.9-installer.exe

or you can try

https://github.com/texmacs/texmacs/releases

https://github.com/slowphil/mingw-w64-texmacs/releases

 

After install add system environment variables in path

C:\Program Files (x86)\TeXmacs\bin

I can close every .tm file without any problem

If you needed write some important file I will suggest use TeXmacs with Dropbox.

I have installed the last version of texmacs and i find very unconfortable the
new version does not close window or individual documents.

I have tried  to generate the automatic installer from slowphil github in
search for a new version with the bug solved, but the system does not generate
the exe file.

I am using windows 10. I would really appreciate any help.
