Has anyone thought making a conda-forge recipe to install TeXmacs especially for Windows? It would be a nice option for us users who have to use Windows and can't use the Linux package managers.

Also, is there any work on doing Rolling releases? Every time a new version comes out I have to debate with myself if I need to reinstall.
