Hi all,
I’m still thinking that Jupyter is the way to go (at least in this moment)
to support many different computational cores reliably. I’ve started a
jupyter client for texmacs which is really quite simple: I just hacked the
standard python code for the jupyter shell to interface it to the TeXmacs
protocol. Seems to work nicely, but many tunings and feature implementation
are needed. I’m not so proficient in Python but I was able to hack on it
quite fast. So maybe one would like to give a try.
Having a reliable jupyter client means having strong and featurefull clients
to many systems. And then we could also consider converting back and forth to
Jupyter notebooks.
