Dear all,

Hello, I wonder whether this is a known issue: if I inserted a very 
short section (I am writing under the template amsart, I don't know 
whether it affects), and refresh the automated table of contents 
(repeatedly), some of these page numbers in the table of contents become 
[?] (the link is active, but the number vanishes).

I wonder whether there are known solutions for that. I feel sorry that I 
have no time to test systematically.
