Hello,

I just had a try. Seemingly very universal therefore easy to catch one. 
I attached a MWE.

Steps to reproduce:

Just create these sections, then Insert -> Automatic -> Table of 
Contents, and press Ctrl-Shift-R several times, then the page numbers 
become question marks.
