hi i am new to TeXmacs : we are a cuple of students of Vincent (from this 
list) who have decided to try reading/editing Vincent's tm files instead of 
just receiving his pdf
but i encounter a pb
here is an example

this tm file opens properly, Vincent says, on his mac (TeXmacs 1.99.12, 
Mojave os X.10.14.6)
but on my mac (same config) it does not open (see screenshot)
