I use : 

    TeXmacs version 1.99.12
    SVN version 1.99.12

on

    Kernel: 5.4.54-1-lts x86_64 bits: 64 Desktop: i3 4.18.2 Distro: Artix rolling

The issue I reported in my last email is due to running 'texmacs --reverse` in tmux !!!
when running it in 'xterm' I get this messages:

I'm using a dark theme, the colors are as expected but orientation of menu an tools bars also reversed!!!!!

om SuSe Leap 42.3, icons as in normal mode

TeXmacs version 1.99.11

Another issue with dark theme the icons are not clear, we need some the icons to be altered for dark theme
