I have one document and its derivative (documents I have done as "Save As" on and have modified that always shows this missing font. 

I have tried several servers as well as just accepting default but it never seems to work. I recently installed 1.99.13 on Windows 10 and MetaFont has successfully installed other fonts. 

Any idea what is happening?
