I suggest that we should merge Guile 3 Integration for GNU TeXmacs 2.1 by darcy-shen · Pull Request #54 · texmacs/texmacs
For macOS and Linux, Guile 1.8 and Guile 3.x both works fine.
For Windows, we can stick to Guile 1.8, and wait for better support of GNU Guile on Windows. And finally deprecate GNU Guile 1.8.x.

I wonder when will we have new builds / next release of TeXmacs? In particular, will we add builds for Ubuntu 21.04, 21.10 and Debian 11 (Bullseye) then? Thanks!
