Thank you very much for your messages.
I tried in a shell session within TeXmacs : echo $TEXMACS_PATH and I got : /Applications/TeXmacs.app/Contents/Resources/share/TeXmacs (in a shell without TeXmacs I don't get anything with the same command and I don't know why)
Then I used the command cd /Applications/TeXmacs.app/Contents/Resources/share/TeXmacs (this command is also working without TeXmacs)
Then I don't know what to do exactly ... Sorry
Is it possible to run TeXmacs from my usual shell  ?

By the way did you use a terminal or a shell session within TeXmacs? If
you used a terminal, it is also worth to try again the same command in a
TeXmacs shell session (menu Insert->Session->Shell).
