Hi,
I am not completely sure what you want, but this is the kind of
exercise that is interesting for those who want to do some simple
Scheme programming for TeXmacs (so I will leave it to someone else
on this list to tell you which precise instructions to add to
your personal boot file).
If you have a directory with many TeXmacs files and if you wish to
maintain a website with up-to-date conversions to Html (together with
possible hyperlinks between the files), then you may use
Tools -> Web -> Create website
Tools -> Web -> Update website
