Yes.
I only wanted to say that, when I start a fresh texmacs in $HOME/hqet3, I
expect the default directory in File->Open to be $HOME/hqet3, not $HOME
and not a directory in which I was doing something last week.

As you say, in 90% of cases it's the same thing. So, this makes not much
difference for me.
