Dear users,
I just had a first look at TeXmacs. It looks very beautiful.
There are some simple things I have not figured out yet.
How can I get display math? \[ \] gives me some kind of code-language.
I found the equation environment but that seems to be something different. At
least, it is in TeX.
In general, the behaviour of the \ puzzles me. When I type \int in math I
would expect to get an integral, but I get into hybrid mode. What is this?
I probably missed it in the documentation. Can anyone give me a hint?
How do I stop an environment? I can start a theorem environment for instance,
but I seem to be unable to stop it.
Thanks,
Bas
