In fact it is. I recently made a presentation with lots of examples on how
to write your own cas' for TeXmacs. I plan to make these examples public soon.
Please remind me to do so if I forget about it...
(You can command TeXmacs from the cas using
[DATA_BEGIN]command:...[DATA_END] and
the cas from TeXmacs using 'connection-eval')
