Certainly I crave for that. As an end user I have trouble to
understand TeXmacs and I am tired to be able to read code that I would
otherwise not want to focus into, just to RTFS to get what happens.

Example:

I get hyperlink from the menu, but I can't get it by typing
\hyperlink. If I type \dfn, I get a macro for typing a definition but
unlike hyperlink, backspace does not get me into inactive mode.
Probably this is explained by the fact that on is a built-in an the
other a macro, but really as a user I don't care. I just see an
inconsistant behavior.

Like always with TeXmacs and unlike other tools, I feel a tremoundous
power but it always eludes me. I have never had the patience of
adventure games and TeXmacs should not be one. I crave for a
self-introspective tool. I understand it is in the eyes of Joris, I
just wish it could be in the hands of anyone.

After such a long time, I still feel I don't have enough global
understanding to contribute good documentation or to contribute
good enhancements like hybrid abbrevs for example.
