You should notice that the hyperlinks in the documentation are
different from usual hyperlinks. The documentation of hyperlinks
in the documentation is only interesting for people who actually
write documentation, so I have been understandably slower in writing this.

Well, it is reasonable to expect that users help writing some of
the documentation if they really feel that this is missing.
I have already written more than 150 pages of it and
I cannot spend all my time on it.

If you really decided to be patient and take one week for writing
a chapter on a specific matter, then I am sure that you would
be able to do so.
