Well... it looks like the 'meta/introduction.en.tm' is just some
scratch left behind by Joris. It is linked to by no other file, and
most of its links would point to anything present event if it was
located it 'main/' as it seems to be intended to be.

Joris not seeming to know about that file is the last reason.

So I think that meta/introduction.en.tm should indeed be removed.

By the way, why is manual.en.tm located in meta/ and not in main/
which seems to be its natural location. The meta/ directory is the
place for documentation about the documentation, this file is just
part of the document of texmacs... nothing meta about it.
