In trying to debug Luca Tagliacozzo's segfault problem upon startup of
TeXmacs-1.0.1.8, we found the following strange behavior:
When he looks at the messages of texmacs -d, he gets, like I do,
TeXmacs] Loading hyphen.us
but then, some font-loading lines later, also something I dont't get:
TeXmacs] Loading hyphen.russian
plus font-loading lines for some russian fonts. Shortly after this
line, texmacs crashes.
I told him to remove his ~/.TeXmacs directory so no strange
configurations would interfere with a virgin texmacs startup, but he
still gets the hyphen.russian line.
Where can this come from? What environment variables or configurations
not stored in ~/.TeXmacs/ would cause this?
