Hello,

I have two simple questions:

a) How can I insert an unbreakable space? I have a number with its unit (7 m) 
at the end of a line and want them together.

b) I want to change the format of the Sections. I want them in Red and in 
Helvetica. I can change them one by one but it must be a more efficient way 
to do it.

Please, when answering keep in mind that I don't know anything about LaTex or 
Scheme.
