No, the names of most style variables have changed in a recent
version of TeXmacs, and the upgrading is done automatically.
The style file was saved using the old format.
But why do you want to look at the "source" file?
This is generally a bad and confusing idea indeed...

You need to set the "page-type" variable to something like "a4".
If you need a custom format, then use "user" instead of "a4".
