I got the exact same problem as Jack Zhang. MiKTeX is installed, but I stil 
get
the same error message. Does anyone have an example of a pluginpaths.txt file
that actually works under windows? WinTexEmacs produces an empty file, I am 
not
sure which format the file should be in.

Any help would be appreciated.
