mailing-list for TeXmacs Users

Looks like the news page at https://savannah.gnu.org/news/?group=texmacs has
not been updated since 4/4/2004. Can this be updated so that the users will
know that texmacs is constantly evolving and the development has not
ceased. If updating this page is not possible, then it might be a good idea
to take it off completely as it sends the wrong message to the reader.
